First week of trying to do digital drawings and sketches using my Watcom pad. I thought I’d get back into the swing of it by doing a simple body study in a sort of anime style. I use a wooden art doll as well as real life reference as models while I draw. I find it easiest in anime drawing to over-accentuate parts of a real human body such as torso and hip areas, and under-accentuating middle waist, hands, and feet. I hope to get more confident in my achievements, as I’m very critical of my work.
